Not worth the effort - Assistant Manager Octapharma Plasma Employee Review

Promises never kept. You accrue PTO quickly, but, you can't take it. Everyone, especially salary workers, are completely overworked and field and corporate management could care less. You hear "that's plasma" from Bill Griner and Judy Smith. No one cares what happens to the people at the center level - just get the plasma. Discrimination runs rampant. The OLA Academy is a joke and they pay competent managers with experience the same as those who have never had a job out of college. Telling the truth is frowned upon and HR is run over by managers. Completely unethical environment. If the FDA only knew what really happens....
