Pros
Management used the company card to buy food for the break room after months of employees complaining that another center's break room was stocked with food.
Cons
The management is terrible at this location. During training, they act like they are there to support you and will continue their support anytime you need help on the phlebotomy floor. Once you're fully trained, they sit in their office and make excuses. The only way to get them out is to tell them that if they don't come help, a donor will lose blood which is a metric they get in trouble for when quality assurance reviews the donation statistics. The turnaround rate for employees is so high that 2 months in, I say every phlebotomist but 1 quit. That left me with 2 months of completely new employees that needed help while I was still trying to perfect my own skills. Again, management didn't come out to help the new employees after training and just expected other phlebotomists on staff to leave their donors to help.
