Pros
Consistent hours, decent health benefits
Cons
Unbelievably low pay, high workload, dangerous, unsanitary, predatory towards donors, incompetent and lazy management, out-of-touch corporate culture (with mandatory meetings every month where entry-level employees are told how much excess money the center is making), dingy and broken equipment, supplies not ordered regularly, employees not incentivized for doing more than bare minimum, strict attendance rules and NO DOCTORS NOTES ACCEPTED FOR SICK DAYS, never enough employees scheduled, everyone avoids work, new hires fail upwards and are cross-trained quickly if they fail at the position they were hired for, management is physically absent most of the time, employees are made to feel unimportant and there's a general culture of endemic cheapness, pettiness, and lack of basic respect both for employees and donors.
