Very negative work environment. The office politics brings down morale and causes employees to have a negative attitude. The negativity is exhausting. The rules and SOPs change daily on a whim and the only feedback you typically get is highly negative,

Competitive pay, easy work, great benefits.

Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
