Pros
They offer great services and are fairly organized with their handling/medical practices. Probably due to stringent SOPs.
Cons
This company at my location did not have ways of dealing with people that protected the workers. The customer is always right was part of the philosophy of this place, even if it was unsaid. The turnover was quite high, so it was rough trying to get to know people and work with their schedules only for them to leave on me. The building was much too small for the volume too, and they were totally incapable of expanding for budget reasons. Management also wouldn't invest in comfortable seats and areas. These are some of the reasons why I left.
