There are none to speak of. All they care about is their bottom dollar.
Cons
Constantly removed off the schedule, business works off of the fear of 6 month audits and will fire you 2 weeks to unemployment. They will change your contact info so you miss company meetings and still get points for missing, so you miss meetings and hit their (6 point limit AKA silent firing you), Micromanaging, abuse of scheduling, zero flexibility, nepotism is rampant, favoritism is rampant, donors are abusive, manager is abusive, reverse racism is rampant.
