They are based on a point system. Six points is all you get before being terminated. They don’t care if it’s your child or you. One person got fired for her points right after she had a bad car accident. She chalked out cause she was in the hospital. They told her to come to work anyway just to let her go. High turn over rates. So the company loosing GOOD employees based on the point system. 1/2 point for being late, and a point for calling out.
