Good for those starting a career or needing a job - Marketing and Donor Relations Octapharma Plasma Employee Review

Be prepared to pay the price of the job. Most only stay for a couple years. Too much favoritism and bias. Since the company has expanded from 19-45 centers to now close to 200, it's gone downhill. Never dealt with the middle school stuff since jr high. Discrimination is alive and well in policies. Being loyal means nothing if you aren't in the in-crowd. And the new employees brought in over the past 4-5 years can't be trusted. It's not a fun scenario to experience watching. Sometimes I wonder if anyone of importance sees this or even cares? Being forced to resign after 14 years was the BEST thing to ever happen to me.
