      Assisting in providing a well needed service to those suffering and in need of plasma in order to live.

      Cons

      Under paid, disrespect, degradation and sexual harassment by donors. Forced to allow threats, harassment and abuse from donors just to collect their plasma. Frequently endured and rebuffed sexual advances from donors on a daily basis.

      Competitive pay, easy work, great benefits.

      Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
