Pros
Management was good and quite engaged - unusual for government contractors. Pay was good. Benefits were very good for this sector.
Cons
DoD's drive to cut contracting costs makes the market very competitive, and contract recompetes every five years make this a poor choice for a career (though that's not Odyssey's fault!).
