Pros

The people were great to work with, but corporate has no idea what it's like on the ground floor. Their rules and regulations often get in the way of a location's productivity, leading to frustration and friction amongst the staff.

Cons

I was classified as 'Part-Time' but 8 out of 10 weeks was working 39 hours. This was great since I needed the money, but I guess not everyone would be okay with that. When I was there the tech was outdated. Whenever a check wouldn't process I had to call up a special line and give a bunch of secret codes. This wouldn't have been so bad, except there's really only one cashier at any given moment if it isn't peak hours.

Pros

The commute from Seattle to Sumner is light so that’s a good pro the same way going back home. The commute is really easy. Part of that being would be the start time for the shift which would be about 6 AM so those would be the pros.

Cons

There was a recent hiring freeze, which meant that current employees had to start wearing three or more hats, doing other jobs that are outside of their description, whether they’re capable or not, and then the managers have unrealistic expectations as to how to delegate responsibility due to either not enough tenure in their position or trying to cover more than one department, ..which means things are gonna fall into the cracks, then there is a lack of accountability on the part of management for their contribution to the situation are currently frustrated about… they’re aware of this and let’s just say there is room for growth.
