Excellent benefit, employees are wonderful, it's a family environment, and employees are willing to help one another.

Cons

Management has the attitude if you do not like leave, which everyone in his or her mind is aware that statement is common sense. Management does not realize it c cost more to train than to retain. Also, Management feels your motivation is your paycheck.
