Ohioans has allowed for me to continue to grow in my role as a registered nurse while providing a flexible schedule to create a true work life balance.
Cons
For me there are no true cons to full-time employment at Ohioans Home Health Care. I came from an inpatient setting so the work load, charting, and schedule was an adjustment but management and staff made the transition so much smoother than I could have asked.
