Pros
It seems good for a while. They like to say you're part of a team. I guess that free Christmas ham? But that was also during a time when I needed a raise more than anything, I beg and plead for it, they tell me no. (Even though my customer reviews were extremely) I have no food in my house, nothing, no money, but hey at least they gave me a freeeeeeee Christmas ham? That was sarcasm, I needed actual financial stability and they gave me a ham, sorry can't really give you pros :/ Maybe they'll train for Phlebotomy? But they won't pay you more for that, they'll just work you even harder to push you out. (Gave it a two-star in work-life balance because you can work with what the patient wants for the most part, but management will look at your schedule and straight-up tell you to change it, even if your patient doesn't want to. I've had several occasions where the patient asked for a specific time and day and the office forced me to call them several times to get the time changed. They wouldn't even really tell me why.)
Cons
You are not part of a team, they'll push you out in a heartbeat if they can. I would highly recommend NOT working here. They also don't really care about the Pt's well-being beyond how much money they make. Patients complain about the office staff but NEVER the field staff, it's why they call us first before the office. I would say this company is not really diverse, like not really. They say they'll be open to you but if you ask for anything, even if it's reasonable, and for the sake of your own client, they'll just tell you no, or we don't work that way. It just really shows how little they care about you or your patients.
