      Great Culture - fun, ethical, etc. WE CARE values are alive and well Strong leaders and strategic plans. Healthy business with future growth Great products - not only litter - natural antibacterial alternative in animal feed, agriculture organic solutions and so many more.

      None that I can think of - this is the best company I have ever worked for
