Dept. of Integrative Biology TA salary was not bad - Graduate Teaching Assistant Oklahoma State University Employee Review

In this department, they need TAs all the time, so you were basically guaranteed a job each semester. I did a MS and PhD and had 9 years of total support as a TA. Heck, some PhD students are still there in their 10th year of PhD and don't look like they'll ever finish, yet the department still gives them a TA position. Teaching was great and you had a lot of autonomy instructing individual labs. Overall, had a great time and gained valuable experience teaching here.
