      Pros

      Great on-boarding process for the first 90 days and throughout your 1st year. A lot of engagement and visibility of senior leadership during weekly town-hall. People are really nice, collaborative, and the employee benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      Company needs to stay out of negative news headlines. A lot of work to regain confidence and prove themselves. They are quick with changes, there is a huge focus on improvement, efficiencies, and the bottom line.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
