      lack of diversity, lack of consistency, an account set and/or account territory which was discussed during the interview process was not what was given upon hire, very immature front line managers with no prior experience...I can validate all the glassdoor cons listed prior to be100% true.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
