Pros

Good trainings if you get time to attend. Top leadership has good vision .

Cons

Unlimited PTO is an eyewash. Most probably you end up loosing your vacation as compare to fixed vacation. Bonus is split 40 in H1 and 60 in H2. Most of time you will miss 1st quarter bonus. FMLA is paid by EDD anyway. ADA is unpaid before 1 year of service. Too many VPs hired recently. Less people to support in lower categories. Most of time you end up chasing your own VPs. HR non- existent in terms of taking care of people. Does not really know how to handle senior level talent. If you end up with bad manager , they will set up you for failure in the name of success.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
