      Pros

      Good product, smart peers. Not sure what else to add.

      Cons

      Set up to fail in sales. Lots of competition, lack of positioning. Weak leadership - lots of pressure and micromanaging opportunities that don’t exist. I don’t know anyone making their full OTE this year. “Unlimited PTO” is a scam.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
