Good product, training and opportunities for advancement

Cons

High turnover at executive level, sales operations is an absolute mess, metrics deeply misaligned, poor decision making on company direction and strategy, too many layers of middle management, M&A nightmare , slow to change, outgrown processes.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
