      Pros

      Good work - life balance.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is good, but clearly something is wrong when you start to feel bored and you're begging for more work. Too slow paced. Lack of innovation. Leadership team that fails to inspire and/or have been there sooo long, and yet have haven't done anything great.
