      Okta treats it's employees very well - benefits & perks are beyond generous.

      Cons

      Inconsistent expectations, sales culture lacks ability to execute well (supported by a lot of executive attrition), and young leaders in positions too large for their capabilities.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
