      + competitive base salary pay + weekly company meeting + hybrid work + work life balance is chill

      Cons

      - stock has significantly unperformed vs security peers over the last 5 years. (zscaler, panw, crowdstike, fortinet) - a lot of executive turnover - very low $ RSU refresh grants - very conservative budget / investment approach. managing for today, with higher operating margins at the expense of higher revenue growth - office is pretty quiet with most folks WFM. you have to pay for parking while commuting to office - limited promotion growth

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
