Global org, so you'll get to travel every now and then to the US. However, this will change over a couple months.
Cons
Toxic, locally and globally. EZveryone's perpetually scared on when they could be laid off. Managers are mere puppets here and run on the orders from US. No autonomy. The hiring team will give you a rosy picture, but if you ask more, they're horrible liars. Save yourself, run while you can.
