      Good equipment, dispatch was easy to deal with, electronic logs, great benefits.

      The start times changed at first. Working afternoons and late nights.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
