      Pros

      Decent pay. Supervisors and management are awesome. You get an hour break each shift. Easy job once you learn how to drive a fork lift.

      Cons

      Terrible hours. Either freezing or sweating. Constantly sleep deprived. Work alone most of the time. Not much talking during your shift.

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
