      Great Pay, Great Employees, Old Management weeded out the bad apples and got fired for doing the right thing.

      New Management after 30 years, want to change the culture in terrible ways.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
