The pay and you get 3 days off every week. You get 2 weeks vacation pay after one year of full time. Appreciation cook outs from time to time

Cons

Shifts are too long, you have to work through different weather conditions, only a 30 min break for a 12 hr shift

Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

Cons

Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
