      The pay is good. And you get plenty of breaks if full time. There are also plenty of opportunities available to internal hires.

      Cons

      You have to be careful everyday and be aware of your surroundings so you don't get hurt. The job can eventually wear you down too.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
