      You are only as good as yesterday's number and you are out if a new VP comes in...the look for a reason to terminate...so watch your back

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
