Pros
The pay is one of the best in the industry. As a line haul driver , I went from terminal to terminal and never touched the freight or had to load my trailers. When you are over the road, they put you in decent hotels. Company shows great appreciation for their drivers and other employees as well. Really great attitude towards their employees.... Really impressed and proud to be part of the company
Cons
Until you have seniority to get a scheduled route, you are essentially on call. During the winter it can be pretty slow and other times you are working about 70 hrs every week with very little home time. It can be stressful and tiring.
