      looks like they have a good business plan , they grew twicefold since i left in 2004 , still a familly owned business which is rare in this world

      no over time paid till after 60 hours, old rail road act

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
