      Good benefits, good pay. Lots of technology. company is always investing money in new equipment and keeping existing equipment repaired.

      Cons

      poor treatment from management, no communication, management expects you to read their minds. Little to no chance in advancement.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
