      Decent pay compared to what most places pay Early morning hours, so your evenings are free

      Cons

      Was treated unfairly and unprofessionally after I experienced an injury. Also, I received terrible training.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
