Pros
Modern tractors and trailers,Advanced on board computers.I enjoy some of the best working conditions in the industry,I'm home every day,treated like a prince,great benefits,generous vacation and the pay is great(105K this year) I've spent 30 years working LTL(both union and non union)and OD by far is the best company I've worked for!
Cons
Nothing major, they hire from the same pool of recycled hacks in middle management that our competetors also hire from,but they kind of make it up by having some really great talent in upper management ranks..
