      I have worked for ODFL for 8 and half years. It is the best job I ever had and the pay is excellent.

      Cons

      Only challenge in my experience with ODFL is trying my best to be 2.0 all the time.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
