      Good pay, not micro managed, freedom and trust.

      Cons

      Long hours, usually overnights. Claims to be a family company, until you screw up once, then you're a step child and they disown you.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
