Fast track pay increases, given once yearly (to quickly reach max pay rate) With the exception of cost of living with annual increases
Cons
Poor decision making by young, inexperienced managers. Illogical and unnecessary staff cuts result in periods of severe understaffing. Mandating that employees are forced to work mandatory overtime (on top of normal 50hr weeks)
