      Been on the extra board is tuff you have to give your whole life up just to get to run 1 to 2 days a week

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
