Pros
Plenty of hours; pay is competitive; work at home available for many.
Cons
Every few months, mandatory overtime balloons to 1 hour to 2 hours per night. Every time this happens, management explains that they're hiring more people until the overtime is under control. This takes months to happen because most new hires end up quitting or not typing fast enough or accurately enough to make it. The overtime is brutal at times. No extra breaks during two extra hours of work either. Supervisors don't mind because they work their 8 hours and go home. Hourly employees just have to keep typing as fast as one can type at 4 in the morning when you've been working since 5 or 6 in the afternoon. Good luck.
