Pros
Great Place to work, The Manager Mike takes time to ask "how are you?" Little things like that matter with a industry that's all about external customers business and less about the employees. If you come in, do your work and work hard, you can earn great pay and benefits. Once you have a Bid Run you will have a constant schedule. Good equipment with newer Tractors.
Cons
Extra Board is hard on Family time. The window is 6 hours which makes it difficult to find a good sleep pattern sometimes, especially when balancing family. Perhaps shorten to 3 hours. Other than that, the company is top Tier.
