      Pros

      Good labor, keeps you active and pays extremely well and you get plenty hours in the summer and spring time.

      Cons

      During the winter months it gets slow for part time employees and you may not work no more that 15hours a week. If you are not a morning person then it may be a drag getting up early but the inbound shifts offer more hours

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
