Great pay, Still Overworked - Supervisor Old Dominion Freight Employee Review

PTO isn't clear, 12hr shifts, Good Supervisors are overworked, not up to par Supervisors are given outs. This is a "knee-jerk" reaction company meaning only time policies are implemented or enforced is when something goes wrong. Upper management puts all issues on the Supervisor causing stress ontop of their day-to-day duties, which seems to grow on a weekly basis.
