      Pros

      Pay is pretty good and benefits have stayed the same year over year.

      Cons

      Locked into 50 hours with no wiggle room. Must travel out of state for advancement. Only raise in pay after 1st year is less then a dollar per hour.

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
