Business Outlook
Pros
The pay is good for the industry, people are generally nice and helpful, leadership is approachable. Health insurance benefits are excellent, and the 401k matches are in line with the high end of business standard.
Cons
The size (large) makes some things more difficult than they might otherwise be, though the clunkiness of the systems does result in generally evenly applied policies. Not a lot of diversity in any sense in most areas.
