      Not like other LTL Companys Happy Coworkers Good Hours mostly day routes Management is friendly Management is understanding that you have a family Competitive wages Possible bonus- for no accidents Good equipment

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
