      Great group of techs to work with made some life long friends there

      Cons

      No overtime until after 50 hours. Shop management needs a lot of work. And you are required to work weekends. Also no opportunities for growth

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
