Pros

HR is responsive and on top of new hire procedures

Cons

Senior management continually refers to people as "resources". They decided to reorganize the divisions, but it had to be done by the end of the year. That meant many people had to work over the holidays. In addition, they let many IT staff go the Friday before Thanksgiving, No notice, no plan for replacing them, just gone. It all adds-up to management just not caring about people. Don't work here - you're just a cog in the machine.

Pros

Flexible enough, small and disorganized enough that they can't come down on you too hard for small stuff. Would be a decent work life balance if you didn't end up with emotional issues and anxiety spikes from essentially experiencing narc/DARVO tactics, just in a corporate group setting.

Cons

The things that leader(s) here are seemingly able to get away with in the name of leadership, the way that they talk to people and the general culture of favoritism and corporate gaslighting/punitive treatment to those who question the tactics being used here is like something out of a movie. I would caution anyone who wants their nervous system to remain intact to refrain from accepting a role here. If you do well in mean girl groups and by blindly following ruthless authoritarian politics, then go ahead and consider- you might thrive. Regardless of all that... no real room for growth/ No career mobility unless you move divisions. No "careers" here at all, at least not in marketing. if you want a paycheck and mind games, go ahead.
