Decent co-workers that are not management.

Expected to work five 12 hour shifts and “OT” as FT employee. Non supervisory employees do not receive annual cost of living increases unless approved by management. Blatantly obvious nepotism. Management does not speak properly to subordinates and expects individuals to accept abuse of find another job. 401k is voted on annually as to amount of employer contributions, no match guarantee. Logistical guidelines make it impossible for employee product discounts to be utilized by employees.
